Speed, Agility and Quickness Training Improve your explosive ability and reaction time with speed, agility and quickness (SAQ) training. With experience in training both club and elite level University athletes, FaSE offers sports-specific SAQ training for most sports including hockey, football, basketball, tennis, netball and rugby. SAQ training helps improve balance, coordination, speed, quickness, agility, explosive power, movement technique as well as aerobic and anerobic fitness. SAQ training is also great fun as it incorporates equipment such as ladders, hurdles and reaction balls and various plyometric equipment. SAQ training can be beneficial as a one-off training session but for best results should used on a regular basis. It can be incorporated in an extended warm-up prior to a training session or in an SAQ-specific full training session.
