Circuit Training
Whatever your ability, whether a beginner or elite exerciser, circuit training is a fun way to improve your fitness. The hour long sessions provide an excellent whole body work-out and allow you to push yourself as hard as you want to. Each circuit session will be unique and wont allow you to get bored. Be prepared to work hard - don't forget your water!
